NOORWA Return & Refund Policy

NOORWA is based in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada.

At NOORWA, we want you to feel good about every order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make the return and refund process clear and straightforward.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the original packaging with all tags (if applicable)

  • Free from wear, damage, washing, stains, odors, or alterations

  • Returned with proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@noorwa.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Note: Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, similar to many major retailers.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@noorwa.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, NOORWA will, as appropriate:

  • Cover return shipping, and/or

  • Arrange a replacement or refund


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Personal care or beauty items once opened/used

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We don’t process exchanges automatically.
If you’d like a different item, please:

  1. Submit a return request, and once approved

  2. Place a new order for the item you want


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re located in the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund 15 business days after approval, contact us at support@noorwa.com.
